Miguel wanted to represent his passion for film as a sanctuary, and when he told me he’d fallen in love with cinema through science fiction films of the ‘70s and ‘80s, I knew exactly what to do. I tried to represent the concepts as best as possible within the available size, and as always, I ensured the design was legible and fit good in between his other tattoos. Thank you, Miguel, for always challenging me. taken in Zaragoza, Aragon - España by @david_troika_

❂ THE SPIDER ❂
For this design, I used a spider to represent stillness and meticulous work.
I added a wide-open mouth, and as the saying goes, “a closed mouth catches no flies,” and in this case, a very large fly has entered, which is also a blue pill, a reference to the movie The Matrix. Let me know what you think in the comments, and if you like it, you know where to find me. taken in Zaragoza, Aragon - España by @david_troika_

……………………………………………
In 2016, a production company offered me the opportunity to create an audiovisual series documenting some of my travels around the world.
When we were about to start filming in 2019, a global pandemic hit, completely halting the project.
To create a demo, I took a road trip in the van I live in when I’m in Spain, filming footage with the help of a film student.
After years with the project on hold, I decided to do a home edit and release this demo. by @david_troika_

For this design, I begin by drawing the silhouette of a head and decide to symbolize a human dissection.
To give it a special touch, in addition to some organs, I add an eye at the back of the head to represent the pineal gland and its relationship to an awakening of consciousness. taken in Zaragoza, Aragon - España by @david_troika_
