Week 8 of the DON challenge wrapped up.
What a journey this challenge has been. I have to thank @charliewelham_ @thedonsuniversity @nostagnationacademy @joefitjohnson for this exciting opportunity, as well as @jds_fitnessllc_ for all the support and pushing me to be better every day.

Plus, I had to include a shot in the video of @deadrabbitzrc with the boys @spartan_myke and @rawb_geeh. Come check us out on Friday and get a good run in at Woodward.

Now with the challenge wrapped up, I will soon be posting before and after pics of the changes over the course of the entire challenge itself.

Week 6 of the DON challenge @thedonsuniversity by @charliewelham_. You may have noticed I’ve been posting slightly different content this week for the challenge, aside for the usual workout stuff.

Thus far it has mainly consisted of fitness, but to become a Don I must level up other aspects of my life.

Style, grooming, presentation, etc.

Those are not made in the gym. I’ve still got a long way to go, but every day I learn something new. The grind continues daily.

Still getting my fitness in and on point daily. @jds_fitnessllc_ making sure of that, trust.

Plus also using the workout and fitness advice from @joefitjohnson and @nostagnationacademy

@brunomars puts on an incredible show. Grateful that I was able to attend several @theromanticworldtour shows.

Also got stopped by @buckedup for a little promo 😂

Another week of becoming the man I want to be.

The gym grind never ends. Now, I no longer have to even think about whether or not I will go. I am going.

Pub Run at @fleetfeetfresno was great too. Had a blast and represented @deadrabbitzrc while doing so. Got into@some other side quests too.

Overall a very solid and fun week.

The first run with @deadrabbitzrc alongside the peeps was a great success! Next run is in two weeks.

Shoutout to @spartan_myke and @keniicakes for all the hard work behind the scenes getting this run club off the ground. They are amazing and make sure to give them your support.

In other news, no it wasn’t @rawb_geeh’s birthday, we just did that to mess with him 😂 taken in The Woodward American Grill by @davidalejandro0824
