Meet @davidamling 🧡

David Amling grew up in the vineyards and fruit orchards of his family in the heart of wine Franken. After finishing his winemaker degree at young age, he left home with his backpack and traveled the world for a few years.
Seeking for own projects and falling in love again with his home, he returned to take over and transform the grape growing business from his family.
David produces fresh and creamy white wines, fruity and tangy orange wines, as well as easy but complex red wines, from a diversity of grape varieties.
Grapes grown biodynamically and the wines are made with zero additives in the cellar.
Since 2015 the family also grows truffle mushrooms and his father is a master destiller for old, local (wild)fruit varieties.
Besides that, David produces fruit ciders, juices and kombuchas.
All this combined creates a characteristic place of origin, filled with unique flavours.

What I did in July? by @davidamling

Harvest 2026 is coming closer!
