What a blessing to witness @quietazmoney live. A total pro. Great venue (@theelmocambo), sound, people , and production (@toplockentertainment & @richkiddbeats). Solid opening acts (@__thelonious @razfresco . Lots of T.O. legends in the building too. taken in The El Mocambo by @davidangelson

A privilege, a joy, and an honour to spend some time with Jazzie B @jazziebobe. A hero of mine for 30+ years. I love him even more after hearing him speak. The stories he told!!! Music, Love and Unity. @soul2souluk really moved the needle…worldwide. taken in AGO - Art Gallery of Ontario by @davidangelson

Met the King. By chance. In a parking garage. As we were walking by… I was too shy to say Hi. I said “that’s KRS One”. My wife walked back and after making friends shouted around the corner… “David!!!”. I ran and was SO blessed. @teacha_krsone was so welcoming and kind. Gave a big grip and a big hug. An unforgettable moment that was so much more thanks to @luciana_studio ❤️ by @davidangelson

A heartbreaking loss today. Trugoy the Dove, Dave, Jolicoeur. I’ve been a fan since ‘89… now that’s a long time. I’m so sad we won’t hear from him again because he had so much good to say. He and @wearedelasoul have made such a positive impact on myself and so many others. 🙏 taken in Toronto, Ontario by @davidangelson

My Song of the Year… no question. Although I discovered so many good ones this year, this one was special. Ask @luciana_studio about me playing clips from it for months until it was finally released…. What was yours? by @davidangelson

They’ve done it again. What a great album. “Not Alone” might be the perfect Hot Chip song. “Evil that men do”… and so many more. They’ve got something to say worth listening to, and you can dance to it… taken in Toronto, Ontario by @davidangelson
