Our friends from @fcliving just released a special episode dedicated to our Spring Omakase at @nkomakase .

We were honored to be visited by @jordanwtv and @davidbenfieldtv , sharing a glimpse into the vision behind our new seasonal menu for Spring, and showing how much we respect our ingredients.

Thanks to First Coast Living’s team for the spotlight, and to everyone who continues to trust the journey.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the team from @fcliving into our space.

Together with Chef @francois_1004 , we shared a closer look at our approach. We covered how the seasons guide our menu, how each ingredient finds its moment, and how our omakase is built around intention and presence at the counter.

It was an opportunity to speak not only about what we serve, but why we serve it the way we do.

Stay tuned for the full segment.

Thanks @jordanwtv , @davidbenfieldtv and all your team for the love. taken in Norikase by @davidbenfieldtv
