We’re so excited to announce @davidckyle will be back at MLC this November!!!! Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings were designed by David Kyle to offer existing yoga teachers an opportunity to specialize and become certified in a particular method that is growing in favor by yogis of the vinyasa community. From November 18 to 22, 2026 you can join us Online & in-person!

Rocket Yoga Teacher Training is a dynamic and transformative program designed to deepen your practice and empower you to teach with confidence.

This training takes place extended through a series of 100 hour Level 1 & Level 2 modules that are split into 5 Day (50hr.) intensives.

Upon completion of your first course you will be able to teach The Rocket to your local community!

All hours accumulate towards our 300 RYT Certification.

Teachers will learn the Fundamental and Classical series of Rocket Vinyasa as well as modifications for beginners.

Advanced teachers will enjoy our “Science of Sequencing” lecture on teaching methodology where hybrid and advanced Rocket Sequence will be discussed.

3 specific Classical series Rocket 1 Rocket 2 and Rocket 3 will all be covered over the duration of the course. Rocket Trainings also cover strength training drills and cross training techniques to help build fluidity and grace within inversions and transitions that are core elements of The Rocket!

All level of practitioners are welcome! 1 year Teaching experience is suggested but not required. taken in Miami Life Center by @davidckyle

Three things to set before your first movement. They take about thirty seconds and they change your experience for the entire hour.

Breath, body, gaze. Together they're called Tristhana, the three points of attention this method is built on. Most people arrive on the mat and go straight to the shape. These come first, and everything after gets easier to hold.

Save this one and try it in your next practice.

@marianacsyoga teaches Rocket in México. What she describes here is the part of the method most people don't expect: the sequence gives you structure, and inside that structure you're free to move like yourself. Same practice, your version of it.

Your body knows more than your head gives it credit for. Some days you'll get the full pose. Some days you'll breathe through an easier version of it. Both count, and both are practice.

We believe in what you're capable of, and we'd like you to believe it too.
