They were both the most amazing people I could have imagined doing this with for the first time.

So I caught a few of you off guard.

I posted a story on Instagram of how it’s been 6 years since my Orchidectomy. I was reflecting on how much has changed since that day.

It then came to my attention that there’s a number of people who didn’t know that I had been through this. I mean it was 6 years ago.

At the time I spent 2 years speaking publicly about it. Being on TV and Radio but then I just stopped and I guess in that time you meet people, you start new jobs and the people around you don’t know everything about you, unless you tell them.

So I am using this realisation to reshare the message. CHECK YOURSELF, know your body.
