Made by Dave Taylor at The Sackville Lounge, the sister bar to 1661, this take on the classic balances Old Baile Irish whiskey with high-proof bourbon, sherry, fresh lemon, house peach cordial, and silky egg white for a perfectly smooth finish.

Ingredients:
• Old Baile Irish Whiskey
• High-Proof Bourbon
• Sherry
• Peach Cordial
• Fresh Lemon Juice
• Egg White

Garnished with a brandied maraschino cherry. 🍒

Festival number 2 coming soooon !

Festival season rolls on.

We’re buzzing to be back at @alltogethernow.ie with the big man Dave George Taylor (@thesackvillelounge ) in The Kitchen Press on festival Sunday.

This time around we’re bringing Both Sides of the Bar, a conversation about bars, Irish drinks, hospitality, and the friendships that somehow grow out of all three.

Festival season is upon us and we’ll be kicking things off in truly spectacular fashion.

On June 14th we’ll be returning to @beyondthepaleie alongside none other than DGT of @thesackvillelounge fame.

@davidgeorgetaylor is one of our nearest and dearest, and someone we have immense respect for. He shares our love of putting the best liquid Ireland has to offer into people’s hands, and this year’s session is all about using modern Irish ingredients to create banging twists on the classic cocktails we all know and love.

Catch us at 5pm on Sunday at the Beyond The Plate stage.

Few new bits in @thesackvillelounge. Proper route one drinks

1.) Miso penicillin - fiery and a bit salty with dunvilles

2.) Old cuban - coconut, banana and opulence

3.) Cosmo - your mother's favourite drink. This one has pomegranate in it

4.) Paloma - with peach and smoke

5.) Emperors slipper - its a Japanese slipper royale cmon now

Plus a naughty olive oil tomato martini
