I don’t get a lot of time to make new wreaths at the moment but I spent a few hours this morning, creating this Autumnal delight!
Featuring beautiful Velvet Pumpkins, Dahlias, Sunflowers, fruit, pinecones and much more.

This extra large Wreath is full of beautiful autumnal flowers.
I made it to hang in the Reception area at The Gables - giving the visitors, residents and staff a warm, seasonal Welcome.

It has been 5 months since I joined the team at The Wheel and now I’m stepping into the role of General Manager.
I love this pub, its customers and locals…… and I’m looking forward to what the future holds.
I am running around like it’s 20 years ago…… but my body is definitely 20 years older!! taken in The Wheel Inn Ticknall by @davidhilldecor

I created these pretty decorations for the Gift Fair I attended at Swarkstone Nurseries in 2023.
The Pumpkin, Lantern and Broom are decorated with Sunflowers, Dahlias and beaded Apples.
Such pretty colours.

I can’t believe it’s 3 years since I last took part in the Autumn Gift Fair at Swarkstone Garden Centre.
I loved creating wreaths and gifts and getting to sell them in person.
Full time employment just doesn’t allow me enough time to take part any more…… if only there were more hours in the day!!

An Autumnal Welcome…… with velvet Pumpkins and Peonies.
I love the mix of orange and smoky blue, inspired by the metal Welcome sign.

Looking back to when I created an Autumn Tree at @blackbrookhouse
I decorated and photographed it in stages…… here it is with just the Gold Pumpkins and Autumnal foliage…….. a simpler look than the finished tree.

A look back at the cake that I made for the beautiful wedding at Otterburn Castle.
The cake itself was very simply decorated, covered in white chocolate ganache and then painted in a pink ombré effect.
The drama came in from the gorgeous flowers which decorated the hoop that the cake stood in.
Roses and Dahlias matched the other floral decorations which I created around the hotel.
Finally, I had to add some twinkly lights!

Beautiful faux Sunflowers in gorgeous autumnal colours…….
they were part of the decorations on an Autumn Tree, last year.
I will post the full tree in a few days.
