Tomorrow @8pm @tapasbardarlington 🎵 🎸 🎤 I love playing at the Tapas bar! It’s always a great night. Recently when I’ve been playing live I’ve really enjoyed looping my guitar & finding different ways of making full arrangements of songs to play & sing over! It’s so much fun. Here is a little video of me doing just that. by @davidneilcrabtree
Hi 👋 As well as working as a performing musician & writer for North Riding & my other music projects - I’m working on lots of exciting projects this year in a production capacity! Having produced the North riding EP last year & having achieved national AirPlay for our song Frio River - BBC Radio 2 @whisperingbob - I’ve decided to step up my production & start working with more people, bands & projects. 🎶 At present I’m working on a really exciting EP with @annisrallis - Annis has written some fantastic songs & the team of musicians we have assembled are sure to make this record sound wonderful! The songs have elements of pop, country & Greek influences making for a unique & fresh sound! 🇬🇷 I’m also writing guitar parts & producing tunes with @christinas.imagination who many of you will have seen perform with us in North Riding! Christina is an amazing musician who can play so many instruments. She’s also a great singer & writer of instrumental & traditional folk material which marries American & UK folk/country sensibilities! Something I love! 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 Alongside this - I’m also producing two new songs with @hayleymckaymusic - when we’re not changing nappies 👶 🤣 We’re also busy demoing new @north_riding_band material 👀 and we have new music coming imminently.. If anyone is interested in discussing an upcoming music project please get in touch! I have a lovely production room at our home & access to studios for larger projects! I can assemble great teams of musicians & @waynepromix is the man for mixing & mastering! I’ll help guide the project right through to release stage & beyond! If this sounds interesting then drop me a line 🎵 🙏 Dave #producer #songwriter #production #musicstudio by @davidneilcrabtree
A little guitar meditation in E 🎸 🧘 I like to take myself off into our little home studio space for an hour or so most days & work on scales, arpeggios, triads etc over a drone track. At the end I usually end up just jamming :) I find it’s a really relaxing way to practice. #guitar #guitarmeditation #musician #fender by @davidneilcrabtree
