I met my favorite actress, Elizabeth Kaitan, at Los Feliz 3 for a showing of "Assault Of The Killer Bimbos"! She was also in "Vice Academy" Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6, "Slave Girls From Beyond Infinity " and "Good Girls Don't"! These are movies I've watched over and over and I never dreamed I"d see her in person. Elizabeth is so lovely and kind, she made my whole year! taken in Los Feliz Vintage Theatre by @davidnorek

Today, I met one of my childhood TV heroines, Mary Jo Catlett. She played Pearl in 83 episodes of Diff'rent Strokes from 1982 to 1986 and did the voice of Mrs. Puff in 116 episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants.

Mary Jo will never know how much it meant to me to meet her. She's such a class act, a true star who VOLUNTEERED to take a selfie.

Before tonight, I was at such a low point in my life, having given up on all the things I moved to L.A. to accomplish, but after meeting this actress I watched every day growing up in the 1980's, I have this renewed energy... a new hope that at 52, I can still accomplish my dreams.

Thank you Mary Jo!

In honor of Kermit The Frog Day and 70 years of The Muppets, here is a photo from when I was a temp office worker at the Jim Henson Studios on La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles. Notice the Kermit "angel" on the top of the Christmas tree in the background.
