Haven’t posted an update in a while. Last week was 7 months post op. After some mental hurdles I finally started back in the gym. It’s time to get my life back. To move on. To move forward. To LIVE. It’s over and I don’t have to live in the past. Something I’ve learned is that it’s okay to remember bad things that have happened but it’s crucial to move on and get stronger. It’s finally in the rear view mentally, not just physically, and I’m really happy I’m getting my life back. I’m excited to grow and get stronger and live the second half of my life.
