An evening with @city.cave.flagler.village and my mans ❤️‍🔥 made for THE most immersive and lowkey romantic wellness date night in FTL! We couldn’t believe we live less than 30 mins away from this tucked away gem and we definitely see ourselves coming back so soon to take advantage of the beautiful amenities and relaxing environment. 🌿

The “flauna” aka sauna and float therapy package is exactly what I’ve been needing, especially after this last year of maintaining my natural 50lb PCOS weight loss through consistent movement and nutrition. I’ve also been in the midst of filming my insomnia series, the ONLY symptom that has yet to budge, and float therapy has been said to treat sleep disorders and muscle aches/pains big timeeee, and it’s the ONE thing I hadn’t tried until now! I’d taken dozens of magnesium baths ofc but it goes without saying that this float tank was on another level. Needless to say I rested over 4 hours that evening (huge win iykyk)and we got home feeling like we were on cloud 9, fr fr ☁️

Any kind of infrared therapy is going to help boost the immune system and overall metabolic function, as well as promote cellular and muscular recovery while the heat allows you to detox and melt away stress. Meanwhile colored light therapy provides tons of benefits depending on what color you choose to sit in or cycle through, from anti-aging benefits to healing impurities and improving skin quality and complexion. You’re getting an all-in-one moment with this flauna session, for sure 🥵

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect rest and recovery date night — thank you for having us! See you soon @city.cave.flagler.village 🌊

A little too close for comfort…🐊⏰🏴‍☠️

We won’t be able to debut costumes 2 and 3 for bar crawl this year as planned, so I’ll have to settle for this reel to document how funny this costume idea is LMAO
