Alliance Dance Academy’s Season 3. 💕

I have so much appreciation and gratitude for this years group of Dancers! 🥹

Not only did they show up, they showed out! ✊🏽

Some highlights for me as a director:
1. Our students willingness and courage to learning how to dance on2!
2. Winning our first and other placement Trophies in a variety of categories at Some MAJOR Competitions! All of them being on2! @thesummitchampionship_ @royallatindancecup @queer_afro_latin_dance_fest
3. My FIRST Competition at the Summit! 😭 Thank amor @davidprin_cr for Pushing me to be & Get better.
4. Hitting over 60+ Registered Students in our Dance Academy.
5. Princess’s and I endless effort to grow as Work Coligues, dance instructors, and most Importantly lovers.
6. Every travel opportunity to work in what we love & Spread the joy of Dance! Including Queerness! Being a same Gender couple and Traveling to Teach a very binary dance is so incredible to think about!
7. Building a Mark on the Salt Lake Utah Community! Supporting Princess’s Growth, and beginning an expansion of Alliance Dance Academy.
8. And What Really has me sooooooooo happy is how our community of dancers show up, not just for themselves but for each other, and for Princess & I. I have NEVER Met a group of people who are willing to give it all. Our community will give their resources out in any way they can! Endless acts of service, emotional support, showing up, financial contributions, & passion for the success of our community.

I feel deeply that we work together so we can all cherish and prosper in a space that brings us happiness. That is irreplaceable. Thank you Alliance Dance Academy for such a beautiful home. 🥹

I can’t wait for what Season 4 Has in store!

Princes & I have been contacted for our first Festival out of state! 😱😳. I’m so happy. Thank you to everyone in and out of our academy who has supported us. 🙏🏽💕❤️

After my Cousin, Best Friend, & Grandmother Passed I lost my motivation to do more. To push, to train, to even try a lot of the time.

Costumes, bachata, and a night of dancing with our community 🎃

Join us Thursday, October 15 for our Halloween fundraiser! Jayven and Princess will teach bachata from 8–9 PM, then we’ll have shows and social dancing until 1 AM. We’ll also have raffles and prizes for the best costumes, so come dressed up!
