Ready to teach some flips/mobility! by @davidrteaches

Also it doesn’t have to just be about learning a bunch of fancy tricks. Like @adamdenoon described so beautifully on FB earlier. Our physical health is intimately connected with our mental health.

So maybe you don’t move much on the regular but you just wanna be more comfortable in your body to help the mind be more at peace. I’m totally down to work with those types of situations as well 🙂 DM me if you’re interested! #personaltraining by @davidrteaches

Looking to schedule out November! by @davidrteaches

My job situation is switching up at the end of the month and I’m looking to move online! 🤓

Looking to teach five one hour joint mobility lessons a week online through video chat (M-F). Also looking for a 6-12 week commitment. Only looking to teach two people (one in each slot) and am looking for individuals who are pretty set in their work/have stable income!

Content of the lesson : Controlled Articular Rotations. C.A.R’s comes from the Functional Range Conditioning system. A C.A.R is essentially a fancy joint circle that can serve both as a strength training stimulus and a daily self assessment tool!

Over the years I’ve taught C.A.R’s to elementary age kids all the way to senior citizens. Always super rewarding to see others become more comfortable in their body through the increased mind body connection!

If you/someone you know is interested in training with me (a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist) and you/they fit all the criteria above. Send me a message and we can talk rates and scheduling!✌🏼🙂 by @davidrteaches
