In 2020 I cashed out of Connecticut and moved to the Carolinas ✈️…
I bought a house , opened a shop , had a bag in the bank , I thought I was living a dream …
After 2 and a half years I thought my life was over … My vision was blurred by mental trauma/divorce and I had to relearn how to live life on my own and I had to do it out of state with no family or friends around , all I had was an empty apartment my barbering equipment and my clientele because I chose to close my shop down and move to a Suite so I didn’t have the burden of bills/taxes/exc… I found myself in a dark place , embarrassed , & confused to the point where I had no choice but to drop to my knees and pray …
The 1 thing that kept me going other than my mom & my daughter calling to encourage me was Work/My Craft !
After a couple of months I noticed pattern that I almost couldn’t believe but I know how real God is ! So I set a goal , to continue that pattern for the rest of the year ! I reached that goal and decided to try it again and with extreme discipline I managed to do it again !!
I did it working alone in a storage sized room in the back of salon and all while keeping my head down and looking for a new location to set up a business .
Today I’ve been blessed enough to have a new business open for 7 months now ! I have a less stressful business model and am running almost at full capacity.
I finally get to live in a house/home like I envisioned before I moved down south !
Because of God’s grace I get to experience a moment of happiness that I was in pursuit of and I didn’t think was possible in this amount of time …
🙏🙏🙏
