There was a candlelight vigil for Gabriel Magalhaes last night. Took a closer look of this morning in the light of day. This senseless tragedy hit many of us hard as it was so close to home and could have been any one of our children. I don’t have the words to describe the immeasurable pain and courage of the parents to forgive and move forward. by @davidwangarchitect

I watched this documentary last night about the systemic racism in Canadian Hockey. It comes with a warning that the content could be triggering. It is as it bought back a flood of memories from various tennis clubs where I was singled out for credentials, openly cheered against, and at times treated like a second class member at the clubs I belonged to. Definitely a recommend. Warning, some of the testimonials from NHL players is really painful to watch. by @davidwangarchitect

Thank-you to all the staff and volunteers who made this an enjoyable experience. The line up moved quickly, the shot didn’t hurt, and the free chocolate bar was unexpected and greatly appreciated! by @davidwangarchitect

Awesome Japanese dessert shop now here in Toronto. Tasted the same when I first tried them in Kyoto. Too bad the Omikuji fortune telling was closed. by @davidwangarchitect

What in the hell were those people thinking. If you are going to deface a racist statue, use any other colour than one that looks like patina bronze. They managed to paint a statue a colour that makes it look more distinguished and prominent. taken in Toronto Metropolitan University by @davidwangarchitect

Thank you, thank you to all the front line workers for taking care of our sick and putting yourselves in harms way for the better good. I said it once, and I will say it again for the second wave.
