So happy to finally land this today. Only the second day of a crazy mental and physical battle but felt like months for how many tries it took. Only started to get both feet on the board today and actually commit so I knew it was coming this time. All worth it for that feeling of landing something new. First frontside flip on transition. Front heel next?

13 weeks comes to an end and here’s the results. 15kg down and in the best shape of my life. Easily one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.
.
This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while now and with a break from touring at this time of year I jumped at the chance. It has been so exhilarating to feel this good for the whole 13 weeks. I done this only for myself and make it some sort of challenge to focus on and see what kind of muscle I’ve actually built over the years.
.
What an incredible feeling it has been to do something like this. I’ve learned so much about myself, my training and the value of good food.
.
I couldn’t have done this without my incredible wife @louiseprovan_coaching Not only is she the best in the business, her support along the way has been awe-inspiring. Louise has taught me so much, not only on this prep but ever since I started training.
.
I’ve never really tracked my food/protein at all. Do I wish I had way more muscle? Absolutely, though this prep has proven I need to start tracking and stick to meal plans if I want to grow.
.
I am however super happy with my physique and proud of myself for powering through with little to no complaints throughout the process.
.
Time to eat!
