Les griffes acérées, la chevelure flashy et l’air revanchard, Davinhor a fait vaciller
l’échiquier rap en seulement quelques singles depuis ses premières apparitions en 2018.
Point d’orgue fin 2021 avec son couplet explosif sur le titre collaboratif « Ahoo », fruit du docu-
mentaire Reines diffusé sur Canal +.
Véritable phénomène au parcours aussi singulier que rocambolesque, l’indomptable
tornade est de la trempe des artistes venus « marquer leur temps malgré leur teint » comme
elle dit. Après avoir confirmé sur son 1er opus qu’elle avait l’étoffe des plus grands en offrant
une carte de visite mêlant bangers redoutables et balades introspectives, Davinhor revient à
la base. Métamorphosée en Karaba, antagoniste légendaire à la destinée ô combien symbo-
lique, Davinhor s’offre un retour plus méchant et énervé que jamais. Un EP explosif pour bien
rappeler qu’ici ça kick fort avant toute chose. Malheur à ceux qui ont provoqué la sorcière,
sa plume ne leur fera pas de cadeaux 🕸️🕷️🖤
