Why ADPi with Grace! 💎

Growing up, finding genuine, solid friendships wasn’t always easy. But stepping into Alpha Delta Pi and serving as Director of Open Recruitment gave me a community and my “why.” Though I felt hesitant at first, meeting my Big , Bella on Bid Night convinced me to stay. She and I had so much in common! Being from the same hometown, ethnicity and even mutual friends! Becoming her Little a few weeks later and joining her family gave me a true sense of belonging. Through ADPi, I also met my best friend, Georgia; as fellow only children from similar backgrounds who share other clubs, we instantly bonded over our shared journeys. She is the sibling I always wanted my whole life.
Just a week after Bid Day, I met an ADPi alumna from Ohio at an Armenian festival in San Francisco. After talking for 30 minutes, she decided to pass her pin down to me. When it arrived, the card read, “Loyally, your sister.” That moment showed me that no matter our origins or the years between us, this sisterhood binds us unconditionally.
To me, receiving that pin symbolizes how we expand our sisterhood—an heirloom of tradition, strength, and grace. Helping grow this community and being there for the sisters in my chapter is my greatest honor. It has taught me to love ADPi through every high and low, build each other up, call in rather than call out, and live for one another.
I choose ADPi every day because it chose me. 💙💎
