what we have do.

this month is dedicated to Blackness—in all of it’s shades.
our past, our present, and our future is an unwritten constitution, a constant promise to ourselves to keep going.

I love us.

happy Black History Month🖤

happy happy new year.

2025, a year of pain and a lot of darkness—but, I have learned that there is beauty in pain and in pain there is poetry. I’m happy to have rediscovered this part of me, the child in me, that hasn’t been heard in a while. thank you all for taking this journey with me.

to 2026, a year of Joy.

ssri.

mental health is a constant battle, sending love today🩵

to one of my favorite Marsha Ambrosius songs, “Far Away”—the song navigates the emotions that come with losing a loved one to suicide.
