I am Dawanderhie Stephanie Ejomah, Princess of Elume kingdom; a mother, a fighter and a woman who bows to no fate but the one I forge with my own hands.
.
The world has tested me, taken much, but I remain—unbroken, unyielding
.
Where others seek shelter, I build fortresses. Where others wait to be heard, I make them listen. For words are power and I wield them as a knight wields steel—precisely, fiercely and without fear.

I do not ask for a place at the table. I take my seat. And those who doubt me? Let them watch as I rise!

A beautiful evening celebrating love, family, and a new chapter. ✨🎤

I had the pleasure of hosting Mrs. Omolola Okupe’s Mother’s Night, a special pre-wedding celebration honouring the groom’s mother and celebrating her son, Sukanmi, as he prepares to marry Oyanemeh❤️

As an MC and professional event host, my role was to keep the evening flowing, engage the guests, guide the speeches and prayers and make sure every important moment got the attention it deserved.

This is what I love about wedding and family event hosting. Bringing the right energy to the room while allowing the family and their guests to enjoy the celebration.

Congratulations to Sukanmi and Oyanemeh! 🥂❤️

Hosted this Team Bonding/Away Day for the Treasury team at Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited a couple of weeks ago and one of the feedbacks I got from the team members was how happy they were with how much I understood their team.
.
The GM mentioned that he was skeptical about having an external MC/Games Master but seeing me come in and blend with the team, communicate with them using their language and treasury registers and also provide all round fun for the team had him convinced that they had made a right decision to book me
.

If your team is planning a year end team bonding event or away day and you need a highly intuitive mc/games master who knows the right questions to ask and has the patience to learn your team as part of their pre-event preparation then you know who to call

Honoured to have hosted the 11th edition of the Lagos International Maritime Week. It was my second time in a row serving as master of ceremonies
.
The theme for this year was, “From Policy to Practice: Powering Maritime Excellence” in line with the theme for the IMO World Maritime Day
.
The truth is a policy can be beautifully written, a regulation can be perfectly drafted and a strategy can look impressive on paper.
.
But maritime excellence is ultimately measured by what happens in the port, on the waterways, offshore and across the entire maritime value chain.

What happens when a professional event host receives a testimonial from someone who would later make history? 🎤✨

Throwback to hosting the 2nd ICC Nigeria Arbitration Days, a major legal and arbitration conference in Nigeria, where Mrs. Oyinkansola Badejo-Okusanya shared this beautiful testimonial on stage.

Today, she is the 33rd President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the first female elected President in the history of the Association. 🇳🇬👏🏽

This is why I love hosting corporate events, conferences, legal events and executive gatherings while creating memorable experiences and connecting audiences with the moment.

Looking for a corporate MC or conference host in Nigeria? You know where to find me. 😉

Some children know the answer.

They just don’t have the confidence to say it.

As a parent, that’s hard to watch.

Two years ago, I watched my own daughter, Tara, struggle to speak up. She was bright, curious and full of ideas, but when it was time to use her voice, she’d rather stay in the background.

As Africa’s Finest Master of Ceremonies, I’ve spent years helping CEOs, executives and keynote speakers communicate with confidence. One day, I found myself asking a simple question:

Why should children have to wait until adulthood to learn one of life’s most important skills?

So I took everything I knew about confident communication and rebuilt it for a child.

Little by little, Tara changed.

The little girl who once hid behind my leg became the one eager to raise her hand, share her ideas and express herself with confidence.

That’s why I created The Voice Lab for Kids.

This isn’t a class where children sit and listen.

It’s a small-group coaching experience where they speak, practise, receive personalised feedback and gradually build the confidence to express themselves clearly.

Imagine your child...

✔ Walking into a room with confidence.

✔ Speaking clearly when called upon.

✔ Expressing their ideas without fear.

✔ Developing a skill that will serve them in school, interviews, leadership and life.

Because confidence isn’t something children are born with.

It’s something they can learn.

If you’d like to give your child that gift this summer, I’d love to coach them.

Registration is now open.

The greatest opportunities of the next
decade will belong to those who can
connect:
Connect ideas to execution.
Connect entrepreneurs to capital.
Connect talent to opportunity.
Connect African businesses to African
markets.
And ultimately connect Africa to itself.

Super pumped to have hosted the GEC+ Africa regional pitch competition where 10 brave and amazing startups pitched their businesses for a chance to win a ticket to the GEC+ Africa event finale in Cape Town
