“In June I had a meeting at one of the public libraries I grew up going to frequently and today I went back to see my children books on the shelves.

A full circle moment I didn’t know I needed

I’m grateful for the journey, readers and my dreams to keep going.

My books are now in a few of Queens Public libraries.

Ending the year with a grateful heart.

Author visits are so much fun, and I was fortunate to visit two classrooms today.

Due to the school privacy policy, I am only sharing a small portion of my day.

#throwbackthursday Baltimore County Public Library
Purchased “Grandma’s favorite Sundae books in 2021 and distributed it to multiple libraries.

Today surprisingly, we were able to visit one of the locations in Townson.

The librarian was so excited to meet us. Baby bruh@demontpinder

Baltimore owes us nothing , but I’m so grateful for them purchasing my books .

Wow, time really does fly! Watching one of “My favorite Sundae” readers grow, persevere and believe in herself is a powerful reminder that resilience and self-belief can make a difference in a person.

Her journey reflects the message my books were written to inspire young readers.

Thank you @omgbestiesmom and @omgxbestiesdad for all of the wonderful teaching you have taught Kelley and your other beautiful children.

I am so proud of how far she has come and can’t wait to see what is next for her. May she always believe in herself 🙏🏾❤️ she is capable of doing amazing things!

Special thank you to this woman of her word. I met her in March at another meeting. Mrs. Escobar from Council having me for “ Grandma’s favorite Sundae “ story-time & crochet” workshop.

It was a great celebration to wrap up the Girl Scouts meeting for their Summer break with Pizza, Ice cream, cupcakes and snacks.

Lots of questions and answers from Storytime.

There were plenty of giggles lots of learning and a few proud look what I made moments along the way.

Building confidence, fostering relationships and creating memories that make an impact on the lives of others.

Let’s be honest, every author hopes to be compensated for their time and creativity that goes into writing a book.

I have been fortunate to work with some amazing Girl Scouts troop leaders who support and value my work. I appreciate each and every one of them.

These are the troop leaders of West Islip and their daughters. Moments like these are what make this author journey so special.
I look forward to working with them again.
