Market shifts happen! It’s currently a very good time to be a buyer and make a deal. More competition means more sellers are willing to negotiate the purchase price, contribution to closing costs, even contribute to interest rate buydown.
Sellers-ATL metro is still up year over year over median sales price, many sellers have plenty of equity to work with.

CLP fall festival success! Love where I live so much. Watching Isla run around with her friends makes my heart so happy! And having new friends (who also kicks A on the courts) is what makes life grand! 💚💝 And special sweet treats made it all the sweeter! by @dawnscurrythomson

Back to it @onepeloton ! A couple weeks ago, I posted a Monday Motivation and mentioned we have just 3 more months in the year and asked what haven’t you started that was on your vision board for 2026. I mentioned 3x a week strength training-I’ll play tennis 19 days a week and twice on Thursdays, but my 3x/wk strength hasn’t happened. One of my cousins reached out and said she’d been wanting to do the same thing and we made it a goal to do 3x/week workouts together on WhatsApp and work around our 3 hr time zone difference and I will admit on here, after our first leg day Thursday, I’m only just now walking almost upright again, but I’m walking and we crushed our week! And it’s been soooo nice connecting! So, what’s your last quarter of the year goal? Let’s crush 4Q! #onepeloton #strengthtraining #cousins #2026goals #accountabilitypartners by @dawnscurrythomson
