A couple weeks ago, one of my nephews requested to do a one week water challenge. I told him bet, but it gotta wait til after homecoming. So tuesday we started. And Lord knows I needed it after that weekend. Feeling good on day 3. It makes me think can I do it for 13 months again. The crazy thing is whats just as challenging as no alcohol is not having that cup of tea in the morning. Have a blessed day all!!!
