Meet Lori, the founder and owner of Day 1. Seven years ago, she began coordinating weddings as a way to serve her community and spend meaningful time doing something she loved alongside her daughter, Kaylee.

What started as a simple act of service has grown into a team of 20+ wedding coordinators, now proudly serving couples in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis.

Oh my... have you ever seen such a glowing bride? This day was filled with tears, smiles, and lots of laughter. Also, they had a caricature artist during their reception, how cool is that!?!?!?!
I have to give a huge shout out to Day One Coordination, who stepped in last minute to make sure these two were taken care of when things went awry with a previous vendor. I could not recommend Lori enough ❤️

This Saturday, one of our own gets to step out of her coordinator shoes and into the role of the bride. 🤍

Olivia is marrying her fiancé, Kobe, and as she’s planned her own wedding, she shared something with us that we couldn’t agree more with:

There is SO much hype around the wedding day—the details, the timeline, the flowers, the photos, the little things that can feel so important in the moment. But when it all comes down to it, the only thing that truly matters is that you’re getting married to your person.

And as coordinators, that’s exactly what we hope every couple remembers. The wedding is beautiful. The celebration is worth savoring. But the marriage? That’s the whole point. 🥹
