Demanding Brazilian authorities to read the CPI and the federalization of the case.
Orelha was a beloved 10-year-old community male dog in Praia Brava, a beachside neighborhood in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Known for his gentle nature, he lived peacefully on the streets for a decade and was cared for and fed by local residents. In January, Orelha was found severely beaten, SAed and suffering from catastrophic head injuries. Due to the extent of his trauma, he was humanely euthanized at a veterinary clinic to end his suffering.
