Thank you to the Daybreak community for making our first Night Shift so special.

Thank you to @cafe.littles for sharing your beautiful space, @simply.sauna for making the experience possible, @midnightintheguestroom for the music, @taraasaurusrex for your hospitality, @caralangcraig for welcoming everyone, and @jmcomo for all of your support.

This is a memory I'll treasure for a long time.

Now it's time to find Daybreak a permanent home.

There’s a name for that joy you feel in a group experience: emotional synchrony.

A recent study on sauna culture, ritual and belonging gets pretty close to the heart of why I’m building Daybreak: feeling good isn’t always something we have to do alone.
