Transformation Tuesday. 🤎

Just wanted to introduce myself since there are a lot of new faces here!

I’m DaLynn, but everybody calls me Day. I’m a mom of two, founder of DayOne Fit @dayonefit91, and I’m just taking life one day at a time while letting God lead the way.

I started my weight loss journey in 2021 at 283 pounds, and today I’m 168 pounds. It hasn’t been easy. I’ve navigated stress eating, motherhood, divorce, and life’s ups and downs, but I’ve learned that one bad day doesn’t erase the progress I’ve made.

I love being out in nature, so 2–3 days a week you’ll find me running a 5K. It’s my time to clear my mind, talk to God, and reset. I still eat what I want, I just believe in balance.

When I’m not running, I’m spending time with my kids, cheering them on in sports, building DayOne Fit, and proudly representing @buckedup as a @buckedupambassadors. I’m also a proud @vaunion1865 EMBA graduate and a Spring ’26 member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated @dstinc1913.

If you’re here for fitness, faith, entrepreneurship, or real life, welcome. I’m happy you’re here. Thanks for being part of the journey. 🤎

From training days to competition day, this is what DayOne is about. Showing up, pushing through, and putting the work in.

Shoutout to my friend @king_christ for representing DayOne Fit at HYROX Washington, D.C. in his custom D1 shorts! Congrats! Seeing something we created being worn while somebody is out there WORKING hits different. 🏁

You don’t have to be great to start. You just have to start. DayOne.

75 days ago, I launched DayOne Fit on Juneteenth. 🖤

Since then, we’ve completed over 70 orders, and one of my favorite parts of this entire journey has been seeing the tags, the posts, the pictures and seeing YOU actually wearing DayOne Fit.

I never started this for the likes or the attention. I started it because I wanted people to feel good while taking their health seriously, no matter their size, shape or where they are in their journey. Seeing that come to life has meant more to me than I can explain.

Summer may be over, but DayOne Fit is just getting started. 🍂

THIS FRIDAY we’re stepping into a whole new season with sweat suits, hoodies, crewnecks, new colors AND new designs. 👀🔥

Thank you to every single person who has ordered, shared, tagged, posted, supported or simply believed in DayOne Fit from Day One. I appreciate y’all more than you know. 🤎

Summer ’26 was only the beginning.
