This fall, we’re hosting an autumn retreat designed around movement, nature and breath.

From Friday 11/13 to Sunday 11/15, we’ll be spending the weekend at Lundy Farm in Hudson Valley.

Think yoga, breathwork, beautiful farm-to-table meals prepared by our very own chef, crisp autumn air (foliage and cute sheep!), and plenty of space to slow down, reconnect, and be in community.

We’re keeping it intimate, with limited spots available. Early bird registration ends October 1st.

a few snaps from a few weeks ago in woodstock!🌳
it was a yoga intensive and the weekends theme was surrender to love. we did asana and breathwork daily, meditated, hiked, visited a temple in the middle of the woods, and learned about acupressure points and meridian lines. bonus was the lack of cell service, endless cafes to scope ahead of morning practice and the people 🫂 :) im getting so good and placing myself exactly where i want to be and im so grateful. thank you for teaching and inspiration 🫶🏼 @wearejared @erin_bodyaware 🙏🏼🫀🫁🍃🧠 by @daypensa

Film from Rishikesh 🧡

First shot was just before we did a dip in the Ganga river, which Hindis believe is living goddess that can heal spiritually and physically, liberate the soul, and purify accumulated bad karma and sins. This place is drenched in spirit and soul and I loved it so much.

I went with @rootsofbhakti and highly recommend if you have a calling 🪷
