Part 11 | a nature focused weekend in Tipperary, proving you don’t need to spend all your money on a trendy cabin to enjoy a little escape into nature.

Stay: @hillsviewaccommodation , a cosy, €79 a night mobile home with a garden and the loveliest hosts.

Hike: Devil’s Bit Loop, few trail options with views across the Tipperary countryside.

Scenic drive: The Vee Pass, one of my favourite mountain drives in the south of Ireland.

Walk & Picnic: Killballyboy Woods, perfect for a slower wander through nature.

Explore: Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle and Mitchelstown Caves are all worth adding to your Tipperary itinerary.

☕ Food: @one19coffeehouse , so good we went back for lunch two days in a row.

A little piece of the trip in each page

Calling it a junk journal instead of a scrapbook somehow changed everything for my autistic brain. I didn’t feel the pressure of making every page perfect or be nervous of using a loved notebook. Does anyone who is autistic feel the same about writing or using their special interest items? One of my special interests is Stationary so I tend to be afraid to use my stuff but this time I don’t know how this simple trick of calling it a junk journal worked!!

We can’t put into words how heartbroken and devastated we are to loose Meimei so young at 15 months.

She was a curious bright soul, we are finding it hard to remember a day where we lived without her because her presence in our home was so big and she filled our hearts with so much love and joy after loosing Eddie.

Life is so cruel and unfair sometimes but for the love we experienced for the short 9 months of having her we would do it all over again.

Our Meimei will be greatly missed 💔 by @dayswith.adam

Famous spot for Hiking and the nature park but I also suggest the Gougane Barra & Keimaneigh Pass Drive

Gap of Dunloe! A famous one for a reason,amazing experience driving here

The Vee Pass, my favorite drive to see Tipperary from above! Just be careful with the 🐑 on the road

🎒took out my new @craghoppers 16L Kiwi Classic Rolltop Backpack that I was kindly gifted, loved how comfortable the straps are, for a small bag it fitted two jackets, a jumper, a water flask and misc items. Definitely impressed! *PR *Gifted

• Wander through Dean Village, would recommend Cairngorm Coffee shop for a coffee and pastry.

• Walk up Calton Hill for the views

• Explore Stockbridge & Circus Lane

• Check out the shops on Cockburn St

• Sunset from Arthur’s Seat ( we didn’t get to do this but looked class online)

•Witchy shop: Black Moon Botanica

• Vennel viewpoint for the touristy shot of the castle

• Princess street Gardens for a cool view of the old town
