Hi old and new faces. I wake up every day still in awe that this is my life. During the pandemic, I started house sitting as a temporary escape, never in a million years intending for it to become a lifestyle. I soon realized I could escape the outside world, but I could no longer escape myself, thus catapulting me into my healing journey. I was pouring into family, friends, work, men - you get the drill, everyone but myself - until I was pouring from an empty cup. Now I’m an attorney on purpose, housesitter by passion and the love of my own life. Justice is my peace, dogs are my therapy and books are now my dream read aloud. Welcome to my world. Duha: dawn. Radiance of a new beginning particularly following a period of darkness or difficulty.

The past is just a chapter,
not the whole story.
To the old chapter that needed closing - thank you for the lessons.
To the next chapter that is the start of something new - that brings with it every soul dear to my story - I am ready to turn the page.
