When the city sleeps….. Sharing my final set of images from a shoot a while back with this absolutely menacing C5 corvette. What a car this is. Don’t get me wrong, this thing shines in the sunlight but as soon as the sun goes down and the darkness draws closer, a whole new beast is revealed. Some of the most aggressive yet the most elegant body lines we’ve ever seen on a car. Imagine looking in your rear view and seeing this thing, basically glued to ground prowling behind you thanks to @air_lift_performance 😅 not to mention the very angry rumble of the Big LS1 V8 under the hood that just adds another layer of aggression to what was already a very angry car. -5.5° front camber / ___ \ I’ve made a lot of tweaks in the past few weeks. Now, turn in is ridiculously hard, feels super sharp on initial steer and has a nice tendency to rotate at the rear when I push it. Exactly what I like Big front camber? Some will assume it’ll tramline, destroy tyres or just “drive horrible”, but most of that comes from assumptions rather than experience. It’s a fact that most stock road cars are set up the opposite way - more rear grip/camber relative to the front, deliberately encouraging safe understeer. The idea is simple: enter a corner too fast and the car pushes wide rather than trying to rotate. Great for the average driver. Great for high-speed stability. Great for tyre wear. Boring for corners 🥱 A bit more front end. A bit less rear-end security. Exactly how I want it. Driving this thing is SO GOOD.
