Hoy voy por mi aplicación número 11 de GLP-1 y estoy muy feliz con mi proceso. El 5 de agosto pesaba 150 lb y el 10 de octubre llegué a 135 lb.

Cada día de esfuerzo en el gimnasio, mi constancia y mi déficit calórico están dando frutos. Este camino ha sido increíble, y ver mi progreso me motiva a seguir cuidándome.

¡Me faltan solo 10 libras para alcanzar la meta del 80% de pérdida de exceso de peso que me indicó mi médico bariátrico! Un día a la vez, sigo avanzando. ✨
