Today's workout pushed me so hard it left me bed bound.
It's tough being stuck in a body that can't always keep up with a mind that refuses to slow down.
My mind wants to keep pushing, improving, fighting and moving forward but sometimes the body has its own limits.

Training isn't always about getting fitter. Sometimes it's about quieting a mind that never seems to switch off.
Some days bring racing thoughts, constant distractions, tics and a battle just to stay focused. The gym doesn't magically make those struggles disappear but for a while, the noise gets drowned out by the sound of the bag, my breathing and every punch.
Every round is a reminder: I don't have to have a perfect mind to keep moving forward.

The toughest part of training for a competition isn’t always the physical pain.
Sometimes it’s getting yourself through the door when you’re completely burnt out and in a dark place.
There were days when training felt like the last thing I had left in me.
No motivation.
No energy.
Just a battle with my own head.
And I struggled showing up.
Now the deadline is close it's time to lock in.

The goal hasn’t changed.
The road just got harder.
And I’m still moving forward. 🖤🔥

Had the absolute pleasure of watching these two compete at the Bstrong Games at Iconic Fitness today! 💪🏻 🔥

Today’s workout was mentally challenging.
The body wanted to stop, the mind was fighting back, but we got it done.
Not every workout is about performance. Some are about proving to yourself that you can keep going when your head tells you not to.
