“Waves” is 5 today 🌊

When I listen back to this EP, I think about how much has changed since I released it. How much hasn’t changed at all. How significant these songs were in finding myself musically (the search continues and always will).

I was going back and forth tryna decide how I should celebrate (Live show? Acoustic release? Reprint vinyls without my govie on it?? Lmao) and it all felt kinda overwhelming and out of reach, I guess too grand for what feels like such a humble lil project.

So instead I’d like to celebrate by inviting you to give it a listen, whether it’s for the umpteenth time or the first time, whether it’s all four tunes or just one.
Ride the wave of nostalgia with meee!

Thank you for riding with me over the years.
