My granddad once told me, “Grandson, people will forever be jealous of you because of your abilities.” Crazy to think that stepping in & doing what I felt was right would bring so much negativity, hate, & ill will!

To the girls who trusted & allowed me to teach you as best as I could, THANK YOU! Regardless of all the noise, you guys beat schools that hadn’t been beaten in YEARS. Made it to the playoffs (which they said wouldn’t happen). Got the biggest win in school history, (but they called it luck). Can’t nobody take away the success you guys had. I apologize for bringing so much negative energy around you guys. . .
But they tend to only hate on the ones who are doing something right!

I was only hired to be the Interim Head Coach, & I couldn’t have asked for a better group to share this chapter with. While all good things must come to an end…
Fortunately, this chapter isn’t done just yet.
So those who have been watching to see if we fail.
Go ahead refill ya 🍿 cause the show goes on!

Sincerely,
Your new Head Coach!

Aye Granddad, boy was you right!
