How DBL Was Created. Part 1: How DBL started wasn’t planned. It was personal. One day I got tired of wasting potential… So I challenged myself: Don’t Be Lazy. One small step can make a big change. • #dontbelazy #smallbusiness #ecommerce #motivation #clothingbrand #brand #premiumquality by @dbl.worldwide
How DBL Was Born – Part 2 I cleaned up my life – quit drinking, dropped the weed, cut the junk. Replaced it all with growth – books, training, walks, nutrition. Month one was tough, but momentum took over. I got hooked on the progress. People started messaging me saying it pushed them to be better – to stop being lazy. That’s when I knew it wasn’t just a reminder anymore – It became a movement. And that’s what keeps me going. Even if I turned into that guy who never shuts up about discipline. #DontBeLazy | @dbl.exc @dbl.worldwide by @dbl.worldwide

5 Reasons You Should Never Take Creatine: 1. You’ll get stronger. Creatine fuels your body’s primary energy source — ATP. That means more reps, heavier lifts, better pumps, and faster muscle growth. It’s like unlocking an extra gear in your training. 2. Your brain might actually function better. Creatine isn’t just for muscles — your brain runs on it too. Studies show it improves memory, focus, and mental stamina, especially when you’re sleep-deprived or under stress. If you’re tired but need to stay sharp — creatine’s got your back. 3. You’ll recover faster. Creatine helps reduce inflammation and muscle damage, so you’re less sore, less stiff, and ready to train again sooner. Progress loves consistency — and creatine keeps you moving. 4. You’ll age slower. Creatine helps with hormone health, bone density, and cellular energy. It’s not just a short-term boost — it’s a long-term strategy for staying strong, mobile, and sharp as you age. 5. It’s safe, natural and cheap? Found in red meat. Produced naturally by your body. Backed by over 1,000 studies. $15–20 a month for a supplement that supports your strength, your mind, and your future? Sounds terrible, right? Creatine isn’t just for meatheads - it’s for anyone who wants to train harder, think clearer, and stay sharp for life. Don’t let laziness or outdated myths keep you from one of the most proven, powerful supplements on the planet. #creatine #health #supplements #gym #workout #mindset #dontbelazy by @dbl.worldwide
See below on why these habits ruin your day: 1. Staying in Bed After Waking: Lying in bed after you’re already awake trains your body and mind to stay sluggish. It kills your momentum before you even get started and reinforces a lazy start. You’re telling your brain that comfort matters more than movement. 2. Scrolling Social Media Immediately: You flood your brain with dopamine and cortisol right after waking — which spikes your stress and focus levels unnaturally, then leads to a crash. It also puts you in “reaction mode,” where you start the day consuming instead of creating or controlling your environment. 3. No Natural Light Exposure: Natural light in the morning helps set your circadian rhythm — your internal clock for energy, alertness, and sleep. Without sunlight, your brain delays the release of key hormones (like cortisol and serotonin), making you groggy and messing with your energy levels all day. 4. Drinking Coffee Too Early: Caffeine blocks adenosine — the chemical that makes you feel tired. If you drink coffee before adenosine naturally clears (usually 60–90 minutes after waking), you’re just masking fatigue. This leads to a sharper crash later in the day when caffeine wears off. 5. No Morning Movement: Your body wakes up slower without physical movement. Even light activity boosts circulation, activates your nervous system, improves mood, and kicks your metabolism into gear. Skipping this keeps your body in “rest mode” far longer than it should be. The fix? Start strong. Move. Get sunlight. Delay caffeine. Avoid your phone. Get out of bed with purpose. Your morning sets the tone for everything else. #dontbelazy #motivation #mindset #workout #morningmotivation #morning #discipline by @dbl.worldwide
Most people aren’t lazy because they do nothing - They’re lazy because they choose what’s easy. Short-term pleasure. Comfort over growth. Distractions over discipline. They scroll for hours but say they don’t have time. They numb stress instead of facing it. They ignore their potential because chasing it feels hard. But that’s exactly where the work is. Don’t be lazy. #DBL #dontbelazy #disciplineovercomfort #growthmindset #pushyourself #mindset #workout by @dbl.worldwide
Most people chase the physical - the pump, the abs, the size. But lifting goes way deeper than that. It sharpens your discipline, rewires your mindset, and upgrades the way you show up in life. It helps you sleep better, handle stress, boost energy, and walk with more confidence. Your hormones balance out, your mood shifts, your posture improves and you start thinking clearer. That’s the hidden power of lifting weights. Not just the body - but the mind too. Sharper mental focus. That’s the 10th side effect. #workoutmotivation #motivation #mindset #gym #weights #dontbelazy by @dbl.worldwide
Progress is progress - no matter the pace. While others stayed home, you showed up. You moved. You tried. And that alone puts you miles ahead. Remember, it’s not about being the fastest, it’s about being consistent and committed. Every step counts. #dontbelazy #motivation #running #workout #health #active #mindset #discipline by @dbl.worldwide
The people living past 100 aren’t doing anything crazy. They’re just locked into the basics - and doing them better than most. 1️⃣ They walk for over an hour. Every day. No music. No phone. No distractions. Just nature and movement. It’s not about the calories - it’s about clarity. Your mind needs space to think, not more noise. 2️⃣ They don’t take life so seriously. You react to everything. They let things roll off. Laughter isn’t just good vibes - it’s medicine. It lowers cortisol. Boosts immunity. Heals the nervous system. They know life throws curveballs… and that’s okay. 3️⃣ They wind down with the sun. No harsh lights. No Netflix marathons. In bed by 9. Your body isn’t broken — you just don’t give it time to repair. LEDs after sunset shut off melatonin and hijack your recovery. Fix your evening routine before your morning routine. 4️⃣ You fear the sun. They chase it. They don’t run from the light - they soak it in. Morning sunlight resets your circadian rhythm, boosts mood, and floods your body with life. This is primal. This is human. You need this. •———•———•———•———•———•———• You’re not tired. You’re overstimulated. You’re not broken. You’re out of rhythm. Longevity isn’t found in hacks - it’s found in habits. And habits only change when you do. Lock in. The habits described above are inspired by lifestyle patterns observed in the world’s Blue Zones - regions where people commonly live to 100 and beyond. These zones were identified and researched by Dan Buettner, a National Geographic explorer and author, in collaboration with scientists and demographers. #dontbelazy #motivation #workout #workoutmotivation #walking #gym #mindset #health by @dbl.worldwide
If you want to actually reverse your age, focus on these 3 things: 1. Lift heavy stuff - Strength training (especially with real intensity) doesn’t just build muscle, it seriously improves your healthspan - meaning more years feeling strong, mobile, and capable. 2. Walk 8,000+ steps a day - It sounds simple, but it’s powerful. This one habit can cut your risk of dying from anything by 50%, and slashes your chances of dementia and cancer too. 3. Sprint, push hard, get breathless - Whether it’s sprints, HIIT, or something like the Norwegian 4x4, vigorous exercise spikes your VO2 max and supercharges your mitochondria - two major keys for longevity. If I were designing a week: lift 2–3 times, walk every day, and go hard once a week. That’s the formula. #workout #health #antiaging #workoutmotivation #gym #mindset #dontbelazy by @dbl.worldwide
