Thank you to @usafootball for this incredible opportunity. I fell in love with this sport at the age of 5 and now I get to represent my country playing it🇺🇸 What an unreal feeling, experience, and blessing it was to compete at Olympic training center alongside some of the most elite talent in the country. This has by far been my favorite chapter in my flag football journey. I am grateful for this position and the chance to build life-long connections with these amazing coaches, players, and staff. Really, all I could ask for. Job is not finished yet. I’ll see you all soon.

Going from year around Athlete to barely working out once a month, mentally drained, eating fast food literally everyday, and getting blind sided by real life I ended up putting on about 54 pounds in 6 months Crazy part is All it took was for my sisters to say I was getting fat😂 when I say instantly MOTIVATED.I stepped on the scale and seen 258.7 I couldn’t breath lmao cause if you know me I been a freak athlete my whole life but that same day I stopped eating fast food, bought my at home workout equipment and actually started taking my mental and physical health serious 2 1/2 years later these are my results I still consider myself a beginner and I’m far from where I’m gonna be this is just the start💪🏽
Key things I learned that can potentially help someone else on there journey is
-STAY CONSISTENT
-learn how to be PATIENT during the process!
-LEARN YOURSELF/
BODY figure out what works for you trainers are good but sometimes it’s better to start off doing your own research.
-Most importantly fall in love with the process the results are dope to see but the work behind the scenes is what really builds character.

Long story short shoutout to my sisters for keeping it 1000 even though they was tryna be funny 😂the truth is motivation you just gotta personally see it as so💪🏽‼️

February of 2025, DB messaged me and told me he wanted to go to the National USA Flag Team trials in 2026, and make the team. 1.5 years later, those dreams turned to reality for my guy. If you all knew the amount of work he puts in to PERFECT his craft you'd be amazed. Not just working with me, but everything he does outside to be the best version of himself. What he does when no one is watching is what separates him from the rest.

I know your journey is far from finished, I know there is still more work to do, but reflection and appreciation for how far you've come is always needed. Crazy how much improvement you've had in about 1.5 years, so just wait and see what happens in another year 👀 Proud of you my boy, and let's keep working✊🏾
