Usually we both go for a chai date at a random café ☕️ but this time we decided to switch things up and have a massage day instead! 💆🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

最近真的觉得身体很需要好好放松一下🥹🤍

平时忙工作、忙生活，还要照顾孩子，很多时候身体累了都习惯忍一忍，这次来体验 Urutan Malaysia，才发现——原来偶尔真的要停下来，好好照顾自己。

整个过程按摩师都会根据我们的接受程度来调整手法。对我来说力度真的是非常好因为我本身很喜欢大力🤣
不是大力而已而且是都准准按到我的穴位
做完整个人真的有一种松下来的感觉

最喜欢的还是那一段什么都不用想、安安静静躺着的时间😂
妈妈偶尔也需要一点属于自己的 me-time。
