Big update from the USDA! 🏡The income limits for Single-Family Housing Loans just went up.

Nationwide base limits are now:
🔑 $122,800 for households of 1–4
🔑 $162,100 for households of 5–8

Your actual limit may be even higher depending on your county and local cost of living. If you thought you made too much money for a #USDAloan in the past, this change could put zero-down financing back on the table for your family.
