We also visited the history museum in coupeville! It was a short and sweet visit, but I always love seeing old things. Day 4, we packed up and visited before our flight home. Loved that John got to spend time with his bestie in person, and I made a new friend, his wife Johanna! 💖 by @dboss_vcdd

Day 3 in the Seattle area, we took a ferry to Whidbey Island and drove to Coupeville! Practical Magic was filmed here and they had thee best gift shops! It was a nice, relaxing day, with a bit of a hiccup on our way back. 😅 but it was nothing that a hot tub and twilight viewing couldn’t fix! by @dboss_vcdd

John and I went to hang with his bestie and his wife in Seattle this weekend. Day 1 isn’t pictured, but we watched the new resident evil movie. Then, went to our air bnb where we watched a movie from the hot tub! Day 2 we had a delicious lunch at pikes place and then watched the Mariners win at T Mobile park!!! 🎉 by @dboss_vcdd

We were supposed to camp in Big Sur, but Mother Nature had other plans. So, being the derby folks we are, we pivoted. Lake nacimiento could not have been more perfect! The weather, the lack of crowded ness…it was just what we needed. by @dboss_vcdd

Porch goose appreciation post. A friend posted about a “porch goose” like a month ago, OBVIOUSLY, I had to research it. Bc I felt the call to own such a thing! The beginning of August she was a bathing beauty…then it was a back to school outfit…now she’s over it and needed some “me time”…more to come… by @dboss_vcdd

Spent some impromptu time with chloe at the beach today. She is an artist, and can’t stop creating. She broke off some charcoal and started drawing. I decided to do some sand sculpting. The water was warm and made us wish we had worn our bathing suits 💖 PLUSSS…I got to introduce her to some more music that she had never heard before! 🥹 by @dboss_vcdd

Chloe and I had a fun (and exhausting) day yesterday at WEHO PRIDE! We helped my child hood friend, Vikki, hand out 2500 nail polishes and 2500 $5 sally beauty gift cards to anyone who would look our way 😅 it was a day full of love and mom hugs, that I’ll always cherish! John graduated from his electrician apprenticeship this weekend!!! This took FIVE YEARS of hard word, dedication, and pulling wire (which I hear is hard?). It’s been my honor to walk by your side and see your passion for this trade grow! I love you so much! Congrats on completing this life changing step! by @dboss_vcdd
