💡For @dejavu.defilm we wanted to create an unique look for this dark dungeon scene. So we played around a bit with our color temperature causing our behind the scene footage to look very different from our final result. — Thanks again to the amazing crew: 🎥DOP: @gijs.vervenne 🎬Director: @tijn.severin 💻Producer:@tobiaskooijman 💡Best Electric: @mart.eibrink ⚡️Spark: @samvvugt & @roemerwiegerinck And all other lovely crew members!! — #cinematography #gafferlife #filmlighting #setlighting #filmmaking #behindthescenes #setlife #lightingbreakdown #aputure #womeninfilm by @dc.stout

🎥💡Here is our final attempt at this year’s @shotdeck #recreations2025 contest. Together with @tinikki11 & @rowanswitzar we tried recreating this shot from The Grandmaster (2013) using just my living room and limited supplies. We basically used cardboard for everything. We created the window using cardboard but also used left over pieces as flags to shape our spilling lights. It was such a fun experience to try and recreate a shot like this and also encourages you to look differently at your image. I would love to do it again anytime soon! — #light #cinematography #filmmakers #filmmakinglife #filmmaking #cinematic #lightingbreakdown #wongkarwai by @dc.stout

#storyboard #storyboarding #filmmaker #filmmaking #behindthescenes by @dc.stout
