🔵⚪ NEW LEADERSHIP. HIGHER STANDARDS. SAME MISSION.

The DC Blue Devils are proud to officially welcome Coach Musa Karama as the Head Coach of our Class of 2033 Boys Team! 🏀

Coach Musa brings a wealth of experience in grassroots basketball, player development, and program leadership, including his previous role as Grassroots Director with Team Durant.

His approach to the game aligns with the foundation we’re building at DC Blue Devils: discipline, accountability, defensive toughness, and a relentless commitment to player development.

As we prepare for the upcoming Jr. EYBL Open Winter Circuit, Coach Musa will play an important role in developing our young athletes, establishing a competitive culture, and preparing them for opportunities beyond the basketball court.

We’re excited about the leadership, knowledge, and energy he brings to our program.

Welcome to the DC Blue Devils family, Coach Musa! 🔵🤝

Week 6 was about more than basketball. 🔵⚪️

We were honored to welcome Roy Hibbert @royhibbert55 to DCBD Academy to spend time with our young athletes, share his experiences, and provide perspective on what it takes to grow both as a player and as a person.

Having someone who has competed at the highest level of basketball pour knowledge into the next generation is exactly the type of experience we want our Academy players to have.

Thank you, Roy, for giving your time and investing in our boys.

I’m excited to announce my commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Denison University.

I’d like to thank my family for supporting me and constantly pushing me to be my best self. I also want to thank Coach Bohlen and the Landon basketball staff, as well as the DC Blue Devils staff, for helping me become the player I am today and for being incredible role models. Lastly, thank you to Coach Sullivan and the rest of the Denison staff for giving me this opportunity.

Built in the District. Raised by the game.

DC basketball has always been bigger than basketball. It’s culture. It’s pressure. It’s pride. It’s representing where you come from every time you step on the floor.

We’re building the next generation with that same standard.
