A long-term build, and one we’re proud to finally show off🫣.

This ’90 Blazer features a complete custom suspension designed and built in-house here at DCCustoms.

Up front, we built a custom 3-link with lead arms, paired with King 3.0 12” travel IBP coilovers and King 2.5 3” travel bump stops, giving it 14.5” of front travel.
Out back, we went with a 4-link trailing arm setup using Baja Kits billet aluminum trailing arms, King 3.0 12” travel IBP coilovers, and King 2.5 4” travel bump stops for 17.5” of rear travel.

Everything is plumbed with BMR fittings and hoses, bringing the entire suspension system together.

A build like this takes a serious amount of time, fabrication, planning, and problem-solving. Seeing something that started as an idea and a design come together into a finished Blazer like this is exactly why we love what we do🤝.

This ’25 Ram 2500 got the Thuren treatment. Up front, we added Thuren springs and KING shocks, then finished the build with beadlocks wrapped in Toyo Open Country tires.
