“Therapy” March __, 2026

I tried to act like it didn’t hurt… like losing people I called family didn’t change me. Truth is, it did. It made me colder, quieter, more careful with who gets access to me… but stronger than they’ll ever remember me.

Part of me still misses what we were. Part of me remembers everything I had to heal from. Both versions of me live in this album.

This is my healing… even if it still bleeds. 🖤
Don’t know if this is the final chapter but… it is THERAPY.
