#godfirst Thank you father for all the blessing you consistently give with all your love, even though I don’t deserve any. The GLORY is yours! ✝️ Take me to the next phase! I am ready! by @dcfightersusa

As a new year approaches, I can honestly say I’m entering a different phase of my life. This isn’t about starting over. It’s about becoming everything God intended me to be.

I’ve spent years building myself through discipline, sacrifice, setbacks, pain, and lessons that most people will never understand. I’ve served my country, fought battles most will never see, rebuilt parts of myself, strengthened my faith, and learned what truly matters: God, family, health, and purpose.

At 43, I’m not chasing temporary motivation or trying to prove anything to anybody. I’m building something that lasts.

Physically, mentally, spiritually, and financially, I’m committed to taking everything to another level. The training continues. The discipline gets stronger. The faith goes deeper. The excuses are gone.

I call this my final stage, not because the journey is ending, but because I’m done negotiating with the man I’m called to become.

I’m coming into this next chapter with everything I’ve learned, everything I’ve overcome, and a whole different level of determination.

God first. Family always. Discipline without compromise.

The best chapter hasn’t been written yet. And I’m coming for everything God has placed in front of me.

LET’S GET TO WORK. 🇺🇸🙏 by @dcfightersusa

Happy Halloween! 2026. God is good! by @dcfightersusa

Today, I’m grateful to be 43 years young, in the best shape of my life, healthier than ever, and continuing to work on my mindset every single day. 💪🙏

One of the BEST decisions I made was walking away from alcohol and tobacco nearly three years ago. That decision changed my life. My health, discipline, fitness, and outlook on life have all improved. I only wish I had discovered this path sooner, but I refuse to live in regret. I’m grateful for where God has brought me, and I’m committed to making the most of every day He gives me.

As a retired Army SFC and disabled veteran, I know that not every battle is visible. We spend years learning to push through adversity, but sometimes the hardest battles begin when the uniform comes off.

To my fellow veterans, especially those over 40 who may be struggling to find their purpose, motivation, or next mission: YOUR STORY ISN’T OVER.

You still have a purpose. You still have time to rebuild, grow, strengthen your faith, improve your health, and become the man God created you to be.

I’m not perfect, and I don’t have everything figured out. I’m still learning, still growing, and still fighting to become a better version of myself every day.

If you’re a veteran going through a difficult season, know this: You don’t have to fight every battle alone. Take care of your mind, your body, and your spirit. Reach out to someone. Find your brotherhood. Keep moving forward, one day at a time.

If sharing my journey helps even ONE veteran realize there’s more to life than the battles we’ve already fought, then it’s worth it.

God first. Family always. Faith through every season.

43 years young. Retired Army SFC. Disabled veteran. Husband. Father. Man of faith. Still growing. Still grinding. Still here for a purpose.

🇺🇸 THE MISSION CONTINUES. 💪🙏

MEN OVER 40. VETERANS. BROTHERS. LISTEN UP! 🇺🇸💪

You think building muscle is easy? Think again.

Anybody can walk into a gym, throw around some weight, and chase a quick pump. But building a strong, lean, proportionate physique with a small waist and six-pack abs? That takes YEARS of discipline, proper nutrition, supplementation, recovery, consistency, and a mindset that refuses to fold when life gets hard.

And let’s be honest: life doesn’t stop because you have fitness goals. There’s work, family, responsibilities, setbacks, pain, and battles that nobody else sees.

THE DIFFERENCE ISN’T JUST HOW HARD YOU TRAIN. IT’S WHO YOU BECOME ALONG THE WAY.

As men over 40, especially those of us who served, we understand something about discipline. We’ve been tested. We’ve endured pain. We’ve faced adversity. And we’ve learned that quitting doesn’t get you where you want to be.

I’ve had days when I wanted to quit, too. But you don’t develop a warrior’s mentality overnight. It takes years of pushing through adversity, learning from failure, getting back up, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.

You don’t build that mentality in comfort.
YOU BUILD IT THROUGH THE WORK, THE SACRIFICE, AND THE DAYS YOU SHOW UP WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT.

At 43, I’m not slowing down. I’m still learning, still grinding, still building, and still challenging myself to become a better man physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I’m doing this for myself, my family, my future, and the example I set for the next generation.

To my brothers over 40 and my fellow veterans: YOUR BEST CHAPTER DOESN’T HAVE TO BE BEHIND YOU.

You still have goals to chase, strength to build, and a legacy to leave behind.

Stop waiting for the perfect time. Stop making excuses. Stop telling yourself it’s too late.

GET UP. PUT IN THE WORK. STAY DISCIPLINED. TRUST GOD. NEVER QUIT ON YOURSELF.

The question isn’t whether it’s going to be hard.

The question is: WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
