#WelcomeWednesday to Christopher Everett! He joins DCHFA as the Hagans Impact Fund Director.

Christopher is an affordable housing and community development professional with over 18 years of experience originating, structuring, financing, and delivering multifamily, mixed-income, and homeownership developments across the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia region. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University.

Most recently, Everett was the Senior Development Manager and Equity Officer at Mission First Housing Development Corporation, where he was responsible for originating and leading affordable and mixed-income multifamily developments throughout the Mid-Atlantic. In addition, he worked as a Development Manager on the Equitable Development Team for the District’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. In this role, he managed real estate and economic development initiatives in Wards 7 and 8.
