👋🏽 We’ve gained a lot of followers this week so we wanted to reintroduce ourselves.

MSMA is a collective of community orgs and hundreds of volunteers who first came together in April 2022 when Abbott started busing migrants to DC. Our work is grounded in solidarity, not charity.

Homeland Security arrested someone today as @metroforward police stood by and watched. @wmatagm allowing these agents and National Guard to operate in your stations is not keeping anyone safer. by @dcmigrantmutualaid

goblins, ghouls, and lost souls take heed: THE 2026 limited edition spooky merch is here! This year's design, made by the talented Julie Lai (@l4i_studio), comes in both black and cream t-shirts and cream totes. You know you need one to wear out, one for a sleep shirt, one for that friend who moved out of DC but still rocks LCB merch like they're local. Come buy your spooky merch in store starting today, or order one online (we ship!)

As we do every year, we will be donating 100% of proceeds from spooky merch to a local org we believe in. We're thrilled to donate the proceeds to @dcmigrantmutualaid!

@dcmigrantmutualaid Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid Network (MSMA) is made up of community organizations and hundreds of individual volunteers who are committed to supporting migrants arriving in DC. The network has been showing up, since the first Texas bus arrived in April 2022, to welcome our new neighbors through solidarity, not charity as they face federal and local barriers to resettlement. Their work has expanded since April 2022 to include resettlement support for families trying to move out of DC shelters, monthly asylum clinics, prenatal support, wage theft clinics, policy, and more! Check out their page to learn about some ways you can get involved. by @dcmigrantmutualaid

@doordash messed up.

Withdrawing their support for a vicious attack on our communities is a good first step but it’s far from enough. We continue to demand the company denounce ICE’s violence that is affecting their drivers and communities across the country, and to state publicly that Trump’s “DC Safe and Beautiful Task Force” should end.

Until then it’s #DeleteDoorDash every day and tell your friends that organizing works. by @dcmigrantmutualaid

"ICE's treatment of Wilber thus far has amounted to torture." — @joaquincastrotx

@doordash is a $15 billion company. Fifteen BILLION dollars in revenue in the last 12 months. The company's CEO Tony Xu could pick up the phone and demand Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez get the medical attention he needs and deserves — but he hasn't.

Delete your account. Delete the app. And tell @doordash publicly or by email that their silence in the face of torture and death of their workers is unacceptable. A phone of a young Latino man as he sits in a car, smiling easily with sunglasses on his head and light colored jacket that is unbuttoned. Text reads: "DoorDash is abandoning its drivers. 8 days after ICE shot Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez in the back while he was making a DoorDash delivery, the bullet remains in his body. Wilber is in agonizing pain inside a TX concentration camp and the silence from DoorDash is deafening." taken in Doordash HQ by @dcmigrantmutualaid
