Not Your Typical 🌟 LA Edition 2026

We OUTSIDE! IYKYK💙💚

My cup is FULL & RUNNETH OVER honey🙏🏾 I just wanted to be in the building to hear Pastor Keion in person. What I received Friday was unexpected. Dr. Valerie Moore BLESSED my entire soul🥹

I don't like being the center of attention. So when she first asked if there were any hair stylist in the building I looked at my friend & said, "I'm not standing up!" and shook my head NO. My friend looked at me and said, "Stand up!", I again said, "Im not standing up!". They guy in front of us turned around and said, "You a hair stylist?", I said, Yes, I am!. He then said, "You better stand up & get your blessing!" At this point she was beginning to say, "I see a Crutch in the Field"👀👀👀, my mouth fell open & at this point I NO choice but to stand because her foot was on my neck!! When she said that I stood up & instantly begin to sweat everywhere.

The way she continued on & described me to a T, I could have passed out! 😭 My knees definitely buckled a few times. This hit me HARD! Cuz those that know, know that this season of disappointment has been a longgg road & has been very hard for me but GOD🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 that season ended Friday night & he gets all the GLORY & PRAISE

I feel seen & I feel that my prayers have been heard and this Monday morning I'm still on a high from Friday night. I was asked by a few people did I fill out anything. The answer to that is NO! Dr. Valerie didn't know me from a can of paint & I didn't know her. She knew nothing about me but knew EVERYTHING about me.

Honestly that was the last thing I was expecting to happen to ME!😭 I'm never that person. But guess what....I'm not average & I'm definitely not your typical!

Thank you to @iamshaunie for insisting that NYT goes on tour. Thank you to @pastorkeion for listening to his wife and making LA the first stop! Thank you to @notyourtypicaltour for showing up & showing out. Huge thanks to @valeriemooreenterprise for blessing me the way she did. Thx to my Sky Daddy for seeing me, hearing me & NEVER leaving me🙏🏾 I'm forever grateful

💫Blessings on BLESSINGS🙏🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
It gets no better than this 💙

POV: You finally listened when your body said, “Gyrl…GO SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE!” 😂🌊

So I took my well-overdue trip to the beach with NO agenda—just to relax, decompress & reset my nervous system. I stayed ALL DAY…right up until the sun went down. 🌅

The sound of the waves, the ocean breeze, the sunset, the PEACE…baby, it was a GOODT DAY! 🥰

Sometimes the reset isn’t a vacation…sometimes it’s just you, God, some water & permission to BE STILL. 🤎

OLIVIA DEANNNN did NOT disappoint! From the first song to the last, she had us locked in. The energy? Absolutely unmatched! 🔥

And Denver… y’all know how to do concerts! That arena was a whole vibe. I’d definitely be back for another one! 💃🏽🎶

Today, I celebrate another year of life… 52. 🥂✨

First and foremost, thank You, Sky Daddy, for every blessing, every lesson, every closed door, and every opportunity that has brought me here.

This past year has been one of growth, reinvention, and purpose. I’ve had the privilege of working on one of the biggest sporting events in history, continued building my businesses, expanded my vision, and stepped into rooms I once only dreamed about.

To every client, colleague, supporter, and person who’s trusted me with your events, your spaces, your vision, or simply encouraged me along the way—thank you. Your support means more than you know.

This golden era has taught me that it’s never too late to pivot, evolve, or bet on yourself.

Chapter 52 isn’t about slowing down—it’s about building with intention, leading with excellence, and continuing to create experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Here’s to another year of purpose, growth, and saying “yes” to what’s meant for me.

Let’s get to work. ✨🥂

Every opportunity is a reminder that preparation meets purpose.

First and foremost, thank You, Sky Daddy🙏🏾, for opening this door and giving me the strength to persevere through every challenge along the way.

Over the last three months, I had the incredible privilege of contributing to one of the largest sporting events in the world with FIFA. As someone who has spent years building a career in hospitality, events, and operations, this experience represents the largest footprint of my professional journey to date.

Last Wednesday, as we officially closed out this chapter, I found myself reflecting on everything this experience has given me. The opportunity to help create memorable experiences for thousands of fans from around the world, collaborate with talented professionals, and be part of an event that united people through sport is something I will never take for granted.

Every ⚽️ match brought unmatched energy, passionate fans, and unforgettable moments. Behind the scenes, it was months of planning, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and a shared commitment to excellence. Those are the moments that don’t always make it to social media, but they’re the foundation of every successful event.

I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships I built, the lessons I learned, and every person who made this journey meaningful.

🩵To my family, thank you for your unwavering support.
💙🩷To my children, thank you for believing in me and reminding me why I continue to chase opportunities that challenge me to grow.

Seattle, thank you for the memories.

As I close this chapter, I’m walking away with a heart full of gratitude, invaluable experience, and excitement for what’s next.

Here’s to continuing to build experiences that bring people together—one event at a time. 💋✌🏾
